Our-go-to-Market approach
Packet Technologies uses our field
sales and telemarketing staff to develop
opportunities with end-users. Once an
end-user opportunity has been
identified, we will work with the
nominated
Reseller to develop and close the
opportunity. We further assist our Resellers in
the sales process with training, joint
sales calls, and working as a liaison
between the Reseller and Vendor.
**While we will contact End Users directly approximately 93%
of our business is via the Reseller, the remainder being classed
as RMAs, training, support etc.
